The closest airport to the Hyatt Regency Miami is Miami International Airport (MIA). It is located approximately 9 miles from the hotel. The Fort Lauderdale Airport is located approximately 29 miles from the hotel.
MIA to Hotel
SCAI and the Hyatt Regency Miami do not offer shuttle service to and from MIA, however, there are other transportation options listed below.
Taxi and Ride-Share Apps: The hotel is a 25-minute taxi ride from MIA (fare to hotel: $20–$30).
Ride-share drivers (Uber, Lyft) will pick up on the lower arrivals level where you will exit outside baggage claim and cross to the middle inner curb to meet your driver.

METRORAIL: Miami’s Metrorail transit system runs to and from MIA. From MIA, you will board the MIA Mover from the Lower Level Ramp you will exit at the Airport Station stop. You will then walk to the Metrorail Miami Airport station and board the orange line trains and exit at the Brickell Station. From Brickell, it is about a 15-minute walk to the Hyatt Regency Miami. Metrorail fare is $2.25 and operates 5:00 a.m. to midnight seven days a week. To ride, you will need an EASY Card or EASY Ticket as the fare gates do not accept cash.
